Classes include: Basic - Barre classes help to lengthen and tone your whole body from head to toe. Focusing on postural strength and alignment, followed by a series of upper and lower body exercises for flexible training to sculpt the upper body, lower body and abs. You use your own body weight as resistance to build long, lean muscles. Banded - The ballet barre in conjunction with the resistance band is used for flexible training to sculpt the lower body and abs. Burn - This class will turn up the heat by increasing your heart rate for a higher intensity and higher caloric burn.
