Service Description

Core Classes can include: Speed & agility training - A combination of exercises that boost explosive velocity, agility, coordination and cardiovascular endurance. This class will help make you a stronger, faster more robust athlete. Speed drills are largely plyometric exercises that not only decrease reaction time, but also build stability in ankles, knees and hip joints to help avoid common sports injuries. Stair HIIT - A high intensity workout that incorporates stair intervals, weights and body weight exercises to get your heart rate up and shed fat fast. Cardio doesn't have to be boring and time consuming...this class will burn fat and release endorphins. Core Cardio - Break a sweat with HIIT and low impact cardio, followed by core and resistance band training for full body toning. Metabolic Conditioning or METCON is designed to improve both the aerobic and anaerobic systems. Exercises vary from moderate to high intensity using specific energy pathways (phosphagen, glycolitic, oxidative). The intensity helps reset your metabolism to a higher rate during your workout, so it takes hours for your body to cool down...resulting in your body burning more calories at rest.
