Service Description

Compound strength is a style of training that integrates movements that stress multiple muscle groups at one time. This class is packed with high intensity interval training combined with strength training. Alternating bursts of intense anaerobic exercise (80-90% intensity) with less intense recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. This particular class will incorporate medium to heavy weight dumbbells.
