Classes include: FearLess - This HIIT class hits all components of fitness training - muscular strength, power and cardiovascular endurance. Work every part of your body and elevate that heart rate to torch serious calories in a short period of time. Functional - This full body workout focuses on the fundamentals of functional, power, and endurance strength training. While the class focuses mainly on weight training through the use of free weights and resistance bands to engage every muscle, it also includes short intervals of cardio and core work. Tabata - High intensity interval training workouts that will increase your aerobic capacity and accelerates fat burning while building strength, muscular endurance, and power. With every workout, you'll work more muscle tissues and keep calories burning for hours longer than traditional training. This class focuses on short intervals of max out effort (20 seconds) with a short recovery (10 seconds)...combining strength and plyometrics for a fat blasting workout.
