Service Description
High intensity interval training combined with mixed martial arts and self defense tactics. Alternating bursts of intense anaerobic exercise (80-90% intensity) with less intense recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. This particular class will incorporate light to medium weight dumbbells and may incorporate resistance bands.
